These two cabinets display swords that were presented by foreign forces as well as swords commissioned by Singapore Police Force (SPF). The ones commissioned by SPF are presented to our Guests of Honour at formal Dining-In events.
In the left cabinet, we have swords from US Navy, Taiwan, Australia and Oman. In the right cabinet, we have the “Temasek” series swords commissioned by SPF. There are 4 editions of the swords: The first edition of 170 swords was made in 1982. The second edition in 1993 had 208 swords. The third edition in 2000 had 132 swords, and the fourth edition in 2006 had 200 swords.
